Glass and tin...........

Broken wine glasses, a little sandpaper on any sharp edges, rusty tins, tiny plates, old saucers as bases.
The tiniest scrap of fabric, plant sample or tiny photograph is suddenly given a precious importance.
Made from items that are generally thrown away. A lonely chess piece or stray bead simply glued on top.
Job done.

  7. Isn't it funny how when we look at something so stunningly simple, how much of a surprise it can be! This is so commercial and yet you created it "at home". Three cheers to ways we can constantly stimulate each other to use our WHOLE imaginations!
    Your imagination LEADS the way!
Love your moths, blog and etsy shop...

  8. Marvellous idea. I have a lovely wine glass, now stemless that I have been hoarding in case I got a good idea for it. Now you've provided a germ of an idea that I can work on. Thank you so much.
